Melanie Schlesser, Editor and Writer
Melanie Schlesser is a Seinor at Oak Lawn Community High School. This is her fourth year as a staff writer for the Spartanite and second as the Vice President. In addition to writing for the Spartanite, Melanie is involved in Student Council and Senior Class Advisory Board. Outside of school, she helps at her church with CCD and the food pantry. Melanie also reads and writes a lot outside of school, with the hopes of one day publishing a novel. At the moment, Melanie is working towards being an author and forensic psychologist. An interesting fact about Melanie is that she is the 4th and final amongst her siblings to attend OLCHS.
