Last week brought a scare all throughout America. Cesar Soyoc Jr., currently a suspect that was charged with five federal crimes, is believed to be the one behind sending around a dozen pipe bombs in the mail to Democratic political figures, celebrities and organizations. The first package was found on Monday at billionaire George Soros’ home. An employee found the package in his mailbox and quickly contacted the police who later detonated the device. On Tuesday, a bomb was intercepted by the Secret Service while screening Hillary Clinton and former president, Barack Obama’s mailboxes. The bombs also caused evacuations in offices such as Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s office after a package was sent to her office. Other offices such as the CNN bureau in New York also received a similar package on Wednesday and caused evacuation of the large news organization. Other packages sent to former Vice President Joe Biden, former CIA director John Brennan, famous actor Robert De Niro, and many others were all found before detonating and were controlled before any harm was done.
