  • When feeling stressed, it’s often in the one’s we love (and make us feel loved) that we may find support, encouragement, and strength. By surrounding yourself with loved ones, you are putting yourself in a positive environment that has a positive effect on your mood. It’s key to ignore negative people and their bad vibes.
